Hello world, meet miss Megan.

Megan is a class of 2018 senior representing Bay City High School.

Megan is a busy young lady both in and out of school. She is the president of the Bay City HS NHS (National Honor Society) chapter, vice president of the speech, debate, and theater clubs, a Crunk Squad leader, and an active member of Powerset, NTHS (National Technical Honor Society), student council, and DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America). She has also been a part of the OAP (One Act Play) all of her high school career placing 3rd in state her Junior year. 

When Megan is not in school she enjoys hanging out at the beach, fishing with her dad, binge watching 80's movies, or devoting her time to her church and the community. She is active in her church youth group as well as serving as co-representative for the youth group on the church council. One of the things Megan loves the most is being a member of the UMArmy where for a week each summer she participates in the Methodist High School Youth Mission traveling somewhere in Texas to help people in the community. In the past they have done things such as repairing roofs, building porches, and repairing floors as ways to improve homes for those who are in need. 

Megan was a joy to work with. A beautiful young lady with a kind heart.

After taking an accounting class in high school and falling in love with it, Megan's plans post graduation are to attend Texas A&M where she will major in Accounting. As she says "I have a math oriented mind and love that in accounting everything has a place and a reason."
